You prepared something. We are still here for it.
Phoenix Rising is the room you were promised — held smaller, quieter, and with care. You bring fifteen minutes of what you had ready. The council brings fifteen minutes of focused help on your biggest hurdle. That’s it.
A respectful room, on the record only when you say so.
No pitching. No re-auditioning. No surprises. We protect your time and your tone — and we make sure the people who hear you are people who can actually move things forward for you.

15 minutes — your talk
Share what you prepared. Slides optional. Cameras on, chat closed, no interruptions. The council listens the way you deserved to be listened to.

ii
15 minutes — your hurdle
You name one biggest hurdle. The council offers ideas, introductions, amplification, and resources. We end with one specific commitment from the room.
-
iii
One support ask
Before the session, you tell us the one form of help that would matter most right now — an intro, a perspective, a stage, a sounding board. We design the groupthink around it.

Optional bio & headshot
If you’d like the room to be ready for you, send a short bio and a headshot. If you’d rather just show up, that is also welcome.
The confirmed council of voices.
These are some of the voices that were ready to share. Phoenix Rising exists to make sure those messages still have a room, a rhythm, and a ripple.
Bios, topics, session dates, and support asks will be added as each speaker confirms their details.
Recording is internal. Public sharing is consent-first, every time.
We never publish a clip, quote, or summary from your session without your explicit approval — moment by moment, line by line, on your timeline.
Internal-only by default
Each session is recorded for the council’s reference and your own. The raw recording is not shared, posted, or distributed outside the room.
You approve every nugget
If a quote, a clip, or a theme from your talk feels worth sharing publicly, we ask first. Your yes is per-asset and revocable.
You set the boundary
Some speakers want amplification. Some want to keep it close. Some want both, on different topics. Tell us — we follow your lead, not a template.
Tell us what you prepared. Tell us where you’re stuck.
The intake takes about ten minutes. It is read by a small team and held confidentially. Once received, we’ll reach out within two business days to confirm your session and walk through the format together.
