The session recording is held privately for the council and the speaker. It is not posted, distributed, or shared outside the room.
A speaker may approve a quote and decline a clip, or vice versa. We don’t bundle. Each asset is its own yes.
If a speaker changes their mind, we take it down — promptly and without question. Their context is the only one that matters.
Speakers may be named, paraphrased, or kept anonymous. They tell us; we follow.
