The rhythm

Three rooms a month. Each one matters.

Phoenix Rising is built around real cadence. Not endless content, not random Zoom calls. Three deliberate rooms per month, each with a specific purpose, each held with the same care.

i.
The council session
One main session a month. Flexible speaker lineups, fifteen and fifteen for each prepared voice. Each speaker brings what they have lived. The room brings real feedback on the hurdle they name. The same format every time. The same depth every time.
ii.
Your accountability pod
Members get split into smaller pods of peers. Twice a month, your pod meets to do the real work between the main sessions. High-touch, high-stakes, in service of each other's biggest hurdles. Same pod for ninety days, then we re-form.
iii.
The book, every year
The wisdom shared in the room turns into a book every council member contributes to. Released free, every year, as a gift to the world. Trust signals over transactions, in practice.
Inside the room

The standard we hold.

Four commitments every session inherits, every member signs onto, and every speaker walks into. The reason the room works is because the bar never moves.

Plain answers

Questions people ask before they step in.

Phoenix Rising is private, but the shape of the room is clear. These are the basics before someone applies or signs in.

What is Phoenix Rising?
A private council for founders, speakers, and leaders who carry rooms. Members gather in live sessions and pods to support prepared voices and solve real hurdles.
Who is it for?
People who lead something they care about, can hold their own at a table, and add to the room without taking it over.
How often do sessions meet?
The council now meets once a month on the last Friday, with smaller accountability pod rooms between the main sessions.
How long is each session?
Monthly council sessions run 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central with flexible speaker and agenda formats.
How is this different?
It is not a pitch room or content funnel. It is consent-first, trust-led, and built around real-time support.
How do I become a member?
Membership starts with an application. Joshua and the council review fit manually, then invite aligned applicants into a short conversation.

If this is your room, apply.
