Phoenix Rising is a private council for leaders who have outgrown the rooms they have been in. Membership is by application. Every member is vetted. Every session is built around the voices in it.

The rhythm

One council a month. Quarterly pods when fit is right.

Phoenix Rising is built around real cadence. Not endless content, not random Zoom calls. One deliberate council room on the last Friday, supported by smaller quarterly pods of roughly 3-4 people.

The council session
One main session a month. Flexible speaker lineups, fifteen and fifteen for each prepared voice. Each speaker brings what they have lived. The room brings real feedback on the hurdle they name. The same format every time. The same depth every time.
ii.
Your accountability pod
Members are placed into smaller pods of roughly 3-4 people when the fit is right. The pods run quarterly and exist for the real work between council sessions: the hurdle, the follow-through, and the support that needs a smaller room.
iii.
The book, every year
The wisdom shared in the room turns into a book every council member contributes to. Released free, every year, as a gift to the world. Trust signals over transactions, in practice.

What is Phoenix Rising?
A private council for founders, speakers, and leaders who carry rooms. Members gather in monthly live sessions and quarterly pods to support prepared voices and solve real hurdles.
Who is it for?
People who lead something they care about, can hold their own at a table, and add to the room without taking it over.
How often do sessions meet?
The council now meets once a month on the last Friday, with quarterly pods of roughly 3-4 people between main council sessions.
How long is each session?
Monthly council sessions run 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central with flexible speaker and agenda formats.
How is this different?
It is not a pitch room or content funnel. It is consent-first, trust-led, and built around real-time support.
How do I become a member?
Membership starts by invitation or referral, then application. Joshua, Rachel, and the governance group review fit manually before approval.
